We are pleased to announce that we are able to remain open during the lockdown period. This decision is fully supported by local Authorities, the CFSG guidelines and our industry associations PIF and BIGA. Dog grooming is always undertaken on welfare grounds, and helps to ensure your dog is cared for correctly.
Just a quick reminder of our handover and payment protocols.
⭐️ We have always continued to follow the strict distanced handover procedures set out by the CFSGback in May and this has always taken place outside at JUST 4 PAWS, so this will just continue.
⭐️ Appointments will be staggered to avoid customers crossing over, if this does happen please maintain social distancing and where possible wait in your car until we come out to you.
⭐️ Dogs must have one of our leads securely put on and then have all their own collars, lead and or harnesses removed. We have dog parking points for you to then attach the lead to so we can then step in and collect whilst maintaining distance with clients.
⭐️ All owners will be text or called with a collection time and we ask owners to arrive promptly for both drop and collections times.
⭐️ All owners are required to wear a face mask of shield when dropping off and collecting.
We as normal will be wearing masks or shields as we have since returning in May.
⭐️ Collection points and leads are sanitised regularly.
⭐️ All payment will remain via BACS. If cash payment is essential then this must be pleased in a clear bag so it can be placed directly into a uv steriliser.
⭐️ Clients with any Covid or flu like symptoms must not attend grooming appointments and must call to reschedule.
Please use the hand sanitiser before using the door bell.
If guidance changes at any point we will update everyone, but for now we look forward to continuing to operate in a Covid safe manner.
